General Description;

Cedit Cone Dyeing Machine; It is used for dyeing synthetic and cellulosic fiber yarns.(Polyester, Nylon, Silk, Mercerized, Cotton, Viscose, Angora, Cashmere, etc.)

All dyeing operations are automatically controlled by PLC panels.Temperature, dyeing time, flow direction, pressure and other control parameters are controlled by automatic valves

 

Technicial Specifications;

• Working pressure is 3.8 bar
• Operating Temperature Maximum 130°C.
• All parts in contact with the dyeing fluid are made of AISI 316 Stainless Steel.
• The cover has a pneumatic open-close system and a manual locking system.
• The cover is equipped with a safety lock so that it cannot be opened before the system pressure is relieved.
• The system can be operated fully automatically or manually.

Capacity;

Flexible production is possible between capacities 1 Kg - 4000 Kg..
